Dispatch and transit

Orders placed before 2:00pm ET on a business day leave the same day, others the next business day. Average United States delivery is three to six business days. Free shipping from three bottles; the two bottle record has shipping calculated at checkout.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed when the package leaves. If nothing has arrived after eight business days, write to [email protected] and we will trace it or send a replacement.

Returns

Sixty days from purchase, after 30 days of use. One email starts it. Full detail on the guarantee page and the refund policy.
