How the company started

The company began with two people who had spent a decade on the operations side of consumer health, and who kept meeting the same problem from the customer's end. A supplement would arrive with no way to tell which production run it came from, no laboratory named anywhere, and a support address that answered in a week if it answered at all. The product might have been perfectly good. There was simply no way to know.

Marbury Nutrition Group, LLC was set up to distribute a small number of products properly rather than a large number casually. That is the whole of the business model, and it is why there is one portal, one published lot at a time and a support desk that answers the same day.

Why this site is the only channel
