The 60 day guarantee
If Gumitide has not done anything useful for you, write to us within 60 days of the purchase date and we refund the order. The one condition is a minimum of 30 days of use, because a product with a median first change near day 21 cannot be judged in a week.
Use it for at least 30 days
One gummy per day, about 30 minutes before the morning or afternoon meal, with a full glass of water. This is the part that makes the trial meaningful.
Write to us inside 60 days of purchase
Email [email protected] with your order number. You do not need to explain your reasoning and we do not ask. The clock runs from the purchase date, not the delivery date.
Return what is left
We reply within one business day with the return address and instructions. Opened bottles are fine; send back what you still have, including empties where possible.
Refund to the original payment method
Once the return is received, the refund is issued to the card or account used for the order. Most customers see it within three to five business days after that, depending on their bank.
What is covered
- Any package record: two, three or six bottles.
- Opened bottles as well as unopened ones.
- Orders where the product simply did not suit you, with no further justification required.
- Orders where a bottle arrived damaged, in which case we usually replace rather than refund unless you prefer otherwise.
What is not covered
- Requests made more than 60 days after the purchase date.
- Product bought from anywhere other than this portal. We cannot refund a bottle we did not sell, and marketplace listings are outside the authorized 2026 channel.
- Return shipping cost, which is the customer's, unless the order was wrong or damaged.
- The digital bonus guides, which are yours to keep either way.
